The starting point is the requirement itself. What you are trying to achieve, the context around it and anything already known about what may be needed.
An initial discussion can help establish the intended outcome, relevant priorities, constraints and any areas that may need further clarification.

Where Territory Gateway is involved, the nature and scope of that involvement should be clear from the outset and adjusted where the requirement evolves.
Specialist, professional, regulated or technical work remains the responsibility of the appropriately qualified party providing that capability.
The client remains involved in the decisions, information and approvals relevant to their requirement.
Coordination brings the pathway together. It does not transfer responsibility from the parties performing the work.
